WiscIT - Viewing Help Desk Escalation Information for a Service

This document details how to view the Help Desk Handling Information for a specific service.
  1. Open the CMDB Workspace. See WiscIT - Workspaces Overview for more information on workspaces.

  2. Search for the specific service. The most simple method is to use the Search Box in the upper right hand corner of the workspace.

  3. On the service form, the Incident Escalation Info is located in the bottom right-hand corner of the main form. This information is automatically copied into the Escalation Information field on incidents when a value is input into the Service field.
