Now Available: Google Storage Quota Exception Form for My Drive and Shared Drives

If needed, you can now request a long-term storage quota increase for your UW-Madison Google Workspace account for My Drive or shared drive storage.
Please note: Before requesting additional storage, review files and delete items that are no longer needed. Google Workspace is most valuable when used for real-time collaboration and file sharing. If you need to back up or archive files, please consider using another storage provider.
Request form: Use this request form to request a long-term storage quota increase above the 25 GB default limit for your UW-Madison Google Workspace account. My Drive and shared drives are eligible. Service accounts are not eligible. Learn more: https://kb.wisc.edu/128162#eligibility.
Requests will be processed in approximately 3 business days.
