L&S Budget Build: FY25 Department Planning Spreadsheets are available

Departments/Programs need to download their FY25 DPS from Box. Upload completed copies to Box by March 18, 2024.
Departmental Planning Spreadsheets (DPS)
The FY25 Budget Build memo and the DPS have now been loaded into your Box folder.
- Download your department/programs DPS from Box and save locally.
- Review and update the DPS. Technical instructions are available on the L&S KB.
- Upload completed DPS via Box by March 18, 2024.

Reminder: Related Deadlines for Budget Build
The deadline to make changes to your Supplies & Expenses and Student Hourly budgets was March 4, 2024.

Office Hours: March 12
The DPS and FY25 Budget Build will be the topic of our March office hours. We will begin with a discussion of the DPS. Please bring your questions about the DPS or any funding related topics. In addition, please invite your payroll and/or financial staff to the meeting.
