Canvas - Removal of Generating Access Tokens for Students

Starting November 14th, 2025, student users in the UW-Madison instance of Canvas will no longer be able to manually generate Access Tokens via the Canvas interface.
Any UW-Madison student who wishes to utilize an access token will need to follow the request process. More information on access tokens and the requesting process is available here: https://kb.wisc.edu/luwmad/156712
