Schedule Summer Course Evals
Instructions to schedule AAE Course Evaluations in the summer
- Login to HelioCampus AC https://heliocampusac.wisc.edu/
- Menu-->Surveys-->Survey Schedules

- Click Add Survey Schedule
- Leave all default selections for Survey Type (Course Evaluation, Student Course Evaluation, End of Term). Next.

- Name the schedule Summer <YEAR> - AAE <CourseNo> (Summer 2019 - AAE 375)
- Survey Template: aae-prof-course-2016-Feb. Next

- Click Add Survey Participants

- Under Included Groups, click the + button

- Keep All Colleges selected and click Add Group. Next.

- Select the correct Summer Term. Be sure Run this Survey Schedule EVERY...... is UNCHECKED. Next.

- Nothing to change on Notifications. Next.
- Click Save Survey Schedule

- Click Publish

- Depending on when you create the schedule, you may receive a second notification window. If so, click Publish

- On the left menu, click Information-->Settings

- Adjust the schedule settings based on when the you wish the survey to start and finish. Click Save
