Resolution to congratulate The University Club on its 100th anniversary

Whereas the University Club has been a well-respected presence on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison since its founding in 1907, and

Whereas the University Club has contributed and continues to contribute to the social and cultural life of the University, and

Whereas the University Club serves an important function as a venue for conversation and the exchange of ideas over lunch and for meetings of faculty and staff,

Now therefore the Academic Staff Assembly of the University of Wisconsin-Madison congratulates the University Club on the 100th anniversary of its founding in 1907.
