ClearPass - Access ClearPass

This document explains how to access ClearPass.

ClearPass is a "policy manager" that determines the authorization of devices to use the Campus Network. The DoIT Help Desk has access to change and update the registration of devices on the network. The steps below outline how to access ClearPass.

  1. Ensure that you are connected to Campus Network either directly or via WiscVPN.
  2. Go to https://clearpass.uwnet.wisc.edu/.
  3. Select "ClearPass Policy Manager."



  4. Sign in using your NetID and Password as credentials.
    • If you are unable to login, please contact a Student Team Lead.
