ClearPass uses 10 different servers in order to handle authorization. When accessing ClearPass for the first time, you need to change the configuration to search between all of these servers by following the below steps:

1. Click "Edit" in the Access Tracker section.
   
   
   
   
2. In the dropdown for "Select Server/Domain", choose "Default (10 servers)" and click "Save".
