Universities of Wisconsin MyUW Portal transition - June 11, 2024

All support requests from non-Madison employees relating to the new MyWisconsin HRS portal (my.wisconsin.edu, formerly MyUW System) or campus dashboard (myapps.wisconsin.edu) should be referred to UW Shared Services - Service Operations. See Referrals - Human Resources System (HRS) and related apps for classification instructions.
What is happening?
Effective June 11, 2024, Universities of Wisconsin employees will notice a different look when accessing Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll information. Resources that are not related to HR, Benefits, and Payroll, such as ShopUW+, Canvas, Zoom, etc., will be available on the Campus Dashboard. This change will not affect UW-Madison or Flex employees.
How can I access my information?
Affected employees can access their information through MyWisconsin through the same my.wisconsin.edu address.
All current HR, Benefits, and Payroll content will still be available but might have some small navigation changes. Resources that are not related to HR, Benefits, and Payroll, such as ShopUW+, Canvas, Zoom, etc., will be available on the Campus Dashboard.
