Notes
If this is replacing an existing computer, make sure to communicate with the customer to back up any data, and to determine any additional software beyond the standard image that's required.
Procedure
- Image the computer with the DEM image
- Place it in the correct OU.
- Under the additional software options, choose to install Oracle 11g.
- After imaging, confirm that the computer is in the correct OU.
- Connect to Adm-Wireless.
- Install ImageNow.
- Before deploying, confirm function of software (make sure printers are installed, etc.).
- Schedule deployment time with customer.
