How to Print Using User Codes

1. Click Start Menu, search Devices and Printers, and press Enter.![]()
2. Right click on the selected printer and select Printing Preferences.
3. Click on the Detailed Settings tab and select Job Setup. Enter your User Code. Click Apply.

Important Note: User Codes are only needed to print in color in OS X. This guide is for a printer ending in '-Color.' Printers ending in '-B&W' should refer to the Optional section of Add a Network Printer to setup B&W printing in OS X.
1. Open a document to print.2. Click File then Print.![]()
3. Select the dropdown menu that matches the following pictures:

4. Check the box Enable User Code. Enter your User Code in the box below.5. In the dropdown above select Save Current Settings as Preset.![]()

6. Enter a name for the Preset Name.![]()
7. Make sure the Preset you created is selected when you print.![]()
