Campus Network Housing Troubleshooting (ClearPass) - Connecting with a Router
This document is intended to guide you through the troubleshooting steps for registration and connection issues with routers in University Housing.
Note: make sure the customer is plugged specifically into the Aruba HAP when connecting the router. Please see Campus Network Housing - Identifying Hospitality Access Points for examples of Aruba HAPs.
Note: If customer is unable to attempt establishing a physical connection (don't have adapter, only have cell phone, etc.) please note that within your case and continue troubleshooting.
