This document is intended to guide you through the troubleshooting steps for registration and connection issues with TVs, gaming consoles, or any device without a browser in the University Housing residence halls.
Note: Make sure the customer is plugged specifically into the Aruba HAP if using a wired connection. Please see Campus Network Housing - Identifying Hospitality Access Points for examples of Aruba HAPs.
