Adobe Acrobat Color Print Settings

How to configure Color Management settings in Adobe Acrobat in order to print a PDF in color.

1. With the PDF that you wish to print open in Adobe Acrobat, click File > Print

2. In the Print dialog box, click Advanced

3. In the Advanced Print Setup dialog box, select Color Management from the options on the left

4. With the Color Management option selected, click the Color Handling drop-down menu and select Acrobat Color Management. Then click the Color Profile drop-down menu and select Adobe RGB (1998)

5. Once you have configured the Color Management settings, click Save As to save the settings for future use

6. Choose a name for the settings and click OK

7. Now that you have saved the settings, click OK to return to the Print dialog box

8. Click Print to print the PDF

9. To print a PDF in color in the future, follow these steps up to step 3, then select the settings that you saved. Click OK to return to the Print dialog box, and then click Print
