General Student Services Fund Prohibited Expenses

GSSF budgets cannot be used to cover personal expenses or items that appear personal in nature.
These will be denied by the SSFC Financial Specialist even if they are approved by the SSFC.
Some examples include:
- Lotion
- Medicine
- Coffee, coffee makers, coffee mugs (unless they are promotional items to be given out to promote your organization)
- Room heaters/space heaters
- Thank-you cards
- Items which do not fall under general office supplies
Please discuss all planned purchases with the SSFC Financial Specialist prior to spending money, as prohibited expenditures will not be reimbursed.
