The Prior Period Time Sheet is used when an employee needs to log hours worked after a new pay-period has begun.
Prior period time sheets result in an automatic wage violation for a GSSF group.
Authorized Signers should reach out to employees who have not logged hours for the current pay period prior to approving payroll to ensure that employees are aware they have not logged hours.
