CIAS - Second Floor Teleconferencing Connection Instructions
Instructions to connect a laptop to the second floor conference room TV and Meetup 2 in the Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems (CIAS) for screen sharing and teleconferencing
Apple AirPlay (Wireless)
Connecting to the TV wirelessly requires a wired connection to the Logitech MeetUp.
AirPlay Instructions
- Turn on the TV.
- Connect the laptop to Wi-Fi.
- Connect the laptop to the hub using a USB-C cable. If the screen below does not display, press the Home icon on the remote.

- Select Apple TV from the TV input list.
- On the laptop, click the Control Center icon in the menu bar.
- Click the Screen Mirroring icon (two overlapping rectangles).

- Click Second Floor under "Mirror or Extend to:".
- Select a mirroring option under Choose Content.

- Click Start Mirroring.
- If "Window or App" is selected, click Mirror This Window.

- Click the Screen Mirroring icon to change mirroring content.
Logitech MeetUp Instructions
- Select Logi MeetUp 2 Audio in the microphone settings.
- Select Logi MeetUp 2 Audio or Second Floor in the speaker settings.
- Select Logi MeetUp 2 Camera in the camera settings.

Any Laptop (Wired)
Connecting to the TV using a wired connection requires a wired connection to the Logitech MeetUp.
Wired Instructions
- Turn on the TV.
- Connect the laptop to Wi-Fi.
- Connect the HDMI cable to the USB-C hub.
- Connect the laptop to the hub using a USB-C cable. If the screen below does not display, press the Home icon on the remote.

- Select PC/HDMI 2 from the TV input list.
- Select a screen mirroring option:
- Apple (Mac): Click the Screen Mirroring icon in the Control Center.
- Microsoft (Win): Select option in Display Settings.
- Select Logi MeetUp 2 options for the microphone, speaker, and camera in your conference software.
