Instructions: Below is Figure 2 of today's paper by Herrero et al., (2010).  The Figure presents the complexity of the interactions between humans, livestock and diseases. Pick ONE of the colored arrows (except the black), identify the entities (text from the start to the end, and any intermediate steps, and write a short paragraph to explain the relationships among these entities. Make sure that explanations of all arrows of the same color are included in your paragraph. Be prepared to share you discussion with the rest of the class in 5 minutes.
