    • Is the user experiencing an issue with logging in to any sites using their NetID, or is the issue within the MyUW portal?

      • Is the user's issue related to an HRS app, another app, or the MyUW portal?
      • The issue is with an HRS app (e.g., Time and Absence, Benefits, Payroll Information, Personal Information, etc.).
      • The issue is with another kind of app (e.g., Canvas, Academic Navigator, Terra Dotta, etc.)
        • This case should be classified based on the specific service the user is trying to access. Begin troubleshooting or escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.

          Note that, aside from apps like Bookmarks and DoIT Outages, most applications are supported by teams other than the MyUW team.
