CBS will only work with Microsoft Edge and an older version of Java than what is currently being provided by Oracle.

• If you need access to CBS, you will need to put Edge in IE mode by navigating to Edge settings and make sure the "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)"  option is set to either Default or Allow. 

• You will then need to check your Java version - if this search yields no result, you do not have Java installed, continue to the next step

• If your Java version is above 8u341 or if you do not have Java installed, run the BigFix installer that installs the correct version.  If you do not see this offer, please contact the help desk and they'll push it to your machine remotely.
