Locating your Dell Service Tag

Dell uses a unique identifier called a service tag for every device, this identifier is sometimes written as Service Tag but more recently they write it as s/t

The Service Tag or s/t is physically written somewhere on every Dell. The Service Tag is a set of 7 capital letters and numbers.

Older Dell Desktop: This image shows an older Dell service tag, listed as such
