L&S Form: UW Foundation Access Request
L&S Form: Request Access to UW Foundation
This request form is typically used by supervisors to request Foundation access for their employees. This provisioning will provide you with access to https://www.uwadvancement.org/login/ . Questions can be directed to Jana Valeo.
Types of access:
- GFM - Gift and Fund Management: Most common access; this is required for Disbursements and other financial actions. It also contains some donor info needed for stewardship.
- 4Ward - Wisconsin Advancement Resource Database: Less commonly needed, contains more detailed donor information needed for donor relations.
Alternatively, you may request ad hoc reports and data via the forms on the Advancement Hub: https://www.uwadvancement.org/resource/request-lists-reports/
New Users
Once your access has been processed by WFAA, you will receive a confirmation email from the WFAA training@supportuw.org with instructions to get started on training. You will not be able to login until training is complete.
Previous Users
Your username will be the same, but depending on when the last time you accessed GFM, you may/may not need to complete training or reset your password: https://secure.uwadvancement.org/PasswordHelper.aspx

Responses will be sent by one of the campus unit administrators for L&S:

The name and email of the person completing the form are automatically recorded.

| Employee Email | Employee's email. Use an '@wisc.edu' email address. Other domains (e.g., @unit.wisc.edu) will not work for their Foundation access. |
