Requirement 2 - The website must meet the minimum web experience requirements from the UW-Madison’s Brand and Visual Identity page.  At the bottom of the page, you will see the following bullets, all of which must be met for payment or reimbursement.

• The words “University of Wisconsin–Madison” linked to https://www.wisc.edu/ in the top banner area
• The UW–Madison logo linked to https://www.wisc.edu/ in the footer area
• The following standard footer information:
• The email address of the person responsible for maintaining the page or responding to user feedback: “Feedback, questions or accessibility issues: name@wisc.edu”
• Privacy and copyright statement: “Privacy Notice | © [current year] The Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System”
• Compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements
• Compliance with UW–Madison’s Digital Accessibility Policy

Note: If the website includes multiple institutions that is housed and funded through UW-Madison funds, the University of Wisconsin-Madison link and top banner are not required.
