L&S Fall TA Training

This document contains information about fall semester training sessions for teaching assistants in the College of Letters & Science.

Fall 2020 Annual College of Letters & Science Teaching Assistant Training: Remote Teaching

Training will prepare graduate students for their roles as TAs. We will review important university policies and help new TAs think through issues of pedagogy, academic integrity, diversity and inclusion, and much more.

Among other topics, we will discuss diversity and inclusion, health and wellness, and classroom management. This is a great chance for TAs to mingle with peers and colleagues, both new and experienced, to discuss some of the most critical issues for TAs at UW-Madison.
