Early Summer Advertising (Summer Course Guide Preview)
This document provides guidance to L&S departments and programs on how to submit courses to be included in the Summer Course Guide Preview. Last updated September 2024.
The Summer Course Guide Preview, managed by the Division of Continuing Studies (DCS), is a partial listing of summer courses for the upcoming summer. Published in late October, it is a tool for departments to showcase their summer course offerings before the official schedule of classes is published in January. It is also an interim resource for advisors.
Each year, departments will update the list of their courses to be included. The Summer Course Guide Preview should primarily be used to advertise undergraduate courses certain to be taught in Summer 2025.
