L&S Gifts: Dean Gift Allocations Cost Center

Beginning in Fall 2026, a new cost center named ‘Dean Gift Allocations’ was created in the L&S Dean’s Office for worktags sourced with gift funding from the Dean. These worktags currently use L&S department/program cost centers, and the Gift SME team will be transitioning them to the new cost center.  The gift managers of these worktags will be one of the L&S Gift SME's, listed below.

During this transition, the following actions may be requested by the Gift SMEs via Halo, with CCMs notified:

• Update costing allocations
• Update funding on any POs or reoccurring charges
• Submit Payroll Accounting Adjustments for salary paid in FY27
• Transfer/update any expenses for FY27
• Revenue transfers to move any remaining revenue to new worktag
