Shared Mailbox

Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes are used when multiple people need access to the same mailbox, such as a company information or support email address, reception desk, or other function that might be shared by multiple people. Shared mailbox accounts can be accessed via all Outlook clients. Learn more about the types of accounts available within UW-Madison's implementation of Microsoft 365.
