Microsoft 365 - Manage your profile photo/image

You can add or change your profile photo in Microsoft 365 from within your Office 365 account, or while using Microsoft 365 applications on your computer or in a browser on your phone. Your photo will appear everywhere there's a profile photo circle in Microsoft 365.

Add/Change Your Photo/Image

Follow steps outlined within Microsoft support article.

Important: It may take up to 24 hours for the change to be reflected in all Microsoft 365 services/applications.

    Remove Existing Photo/Image

    To remove an existing photo for M365 it can only be done in Teams. Follow the Steps below to remove the photo;

    1. Open Teams or Go to the Online Teams
    2. Click on the top right with your photo
    3. Click on the circle with the photo
    4. Click Remove. 
    5. Click Save. 

    Important: It may take up to 24 hours for the change to be reflected in all Microsoft 365 services and applications.
