Requesting IT support in the Nelson Institute and Science Hall

This article explains how to request IT support if you are with the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies and located in Science Hall.

The Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies, plus the L&S Departments of Geography and Planning & Landscape Architecture, are supported by the Geography, Nelson Institute, and Planning & Landscape Architecture (GNP) IT team. The team provides services in three different buildings: Science Hall, Music Hall, and the Environmental Health & Safety Building.

Supported services for the GNP IT Help Desk include university-owned computers and peripherals, department printing, computer labs, classroom support, Science Hall room and resource calendars, account and server access for GNP IT-hosted services, and other needs.
