Canvas - Some Users Experiencing 500 Errors [RESOLVED]

Starting at about 11:20 AM (CT) until 11:45 AM (CT), November 22nd, users may have experienced intermittent slowness or 500 errors when trying to access or navigate Canvas. The vendor identified the cause and deployed a fix.
