The final grading period for Fall 2013 runs from Dec. 13-27. Calculating final grades can be tricky, but here are a few instructions that might help.
Beginning Friday, December 13th, instructors can begin exporting their Desire2Learn (Learn@UW) grades to import into My UW-Madison Faculty Center. (Please note that for classes with less than 30 students, we recommend manually entering grades in the Faculty Center.)
Here are instructions for exporting final grades:
- Calculating and submitting final grades from D2L
- UW-Madison Office of the Registrar grading instructions
Questions? Please contact the DoIT Help Desk.
The Help Desk will forward advanced Learn@UW Gradebook issues to the Learn@UW Support Team. However, please be aware that the Learn@UW Support Team will be available to help during business hours only (8 AM-4:30 PM), so if you're using Learn@UW for final grading it's a good idea to start submitting your grades sooner rather than later.
Best wishes for a smooth final grading period!
