Canvas - DocViewer Files Not Loading (RESOLVED)

From 8:30 AM to approximately 12:00 PM (CT) today, July 23rd, some users may have experienced issues with files not loading within the DocViewer within Canvas. This included those viewing files for grading within SpeedGrader.
The vendor was made aware of the issue and had actively worked towards a fix. Please see the vendor's status page for more information here and on the more recent update here.
