ATP Resources and readiness for UW Madison ERP Ancillary Systems

DoIT Web Hosting is dedicated to maintaining a stable and secure platform for delivering applications and web server access and we are here to support our customers during this critical transition.

It is crucial to understand that customers are solely responsible for their content, development, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining updates to their applications.  DoIT Web Hosting does not manage ATP-related changes to customer applications.

To know:

Manifest Deadlines (from the June 23rd email)

  • Manifest group owners must have any Workday Organization ID changes done by June 30, 2025, and there will be limited availability for Manifest July 1 - July 7, 2025.

    • To avoid processing delays during go-live, Manifest group owners replacing UDDS groups with Workday Organization groups must make changes prior to the end of day 6/30/25.

    • From July 1 to July 7, 2025, changes in Manifest should be limited to those that cannot wait until July 8, 2025.

      • Access to Manifest will be removed July 1 to July 7, 2025 unless you opt-in for continued access by updating the Manifest groups using UDDS_shared Google sheet, tab Manifest Access 7/1-7/7.

      • Any changes that exceed 1,000 people should only be implemented if critical and given approval from IAM as they could negatively impact system performance during a time that’s critical to process institutional data.kb
