Invoicing for Custom Contracts and Speaking Engagements

Overview: The noncredit programming department regularly needs to invoice campus, state agencies and private sector businesses for custom trainings, speaking engagements, and other revenue-generating activities besides the traditional open enrollment continuing education courses.
Purpose: To document the nonstandard ways the department can invoice for services other than the standard registration fee that is paid at the time a learner registers for the course.
Responsible Party: Program Support for executing procedures, Program Director for communicating needs and information.
