Minutes for May 1, 2020

Chair Terry Warfield called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm.

Kirsten Wolf provided an update from the recent UW System faculty representatives meeting. The University Committee debated bringing forward a resolution to the May Faculty Senate meeting reminding UW System to include shared governance in decisions making at the UW System level. The University Committee instead will ask that the Chancellor address plans for the fall semester in her remarks, and for Terry Warfield to ask faculty to contact the University Committee with comments, concerns or questions about plans for the fall semester during the summer.

Chair Warfield adjourned the meeting at 1:33 pm.
