This document can assist with establishing screening criteria for University Staff recruitments.
In order to post a University
Staff recruitment for open recruitment, you will need to submit three to five
non-discriminatory, job related criteria that will be used to minimize the applicant
pool. Note the screening criteria should not screen for UW-Madison specific
experience. Reference the Gateway Criteria spreadsheet
to access criteria that have been used for similar recruitments. You may also
work with your HR Rep to generate new criteria if you feel the
suggested criteria below do not apply to your position.
