Enterprise Azure Standard Support
All Azure users have Microsoft's Enterprise Azure Standard Support Plan included with their subscription. To open a support request using, select EA - Standard as the support plan when submitting a new support request. There are no additional charges associated with Standard support; Standard support is included with every campus Azure subscription.
Paid Microsoft Azure Support
Customers who want to upgrade their subscription to include a paid support offering can do so via the Azure portal. Additional details on Microsoft's Azure support offering can be found on the Azure Support site. It is recommended that customers running production workloads in Azure upgrade to a paid support option if the Standard Support offering does not meet their needs.
Azure Status Dashboard
Customers can check the status of Azure services using Microsoft's Azure Status Dashboard.
