Installing Microsoft Office from the Outlook Web App

UW-Madison faculty, staff, and students can download and install the latest versions of Microsoft Office through Outlook on the web.

Installing Microsoft Office from the Outlook Web App
  • From your computer, open your Outlook Web App (https://wiscmail.wisc.edu/) email account.
  • Click on the Settings icon (gear) in the upper right hand corner.
  • Enter the word "software" in the search all setting field.
  • Click on Software - Install software
  • You should then be able to download and install MS Office.
