MFA-Duo - I changed my NetID. My Duo device no longer works!

If you have had a NetID change, you will need to re-enroll with MFA-Duo.

MFA-Duo will behave as though you have never been enrolled. Follow these instructions: MFA-Duo - First Time Setup for Smartphone or Tablet.
