Campus Cybersecurity Training for Pharmacy Preceptors and Employees
If you are a preceptor in the School of Pharmacy's experiential learning program, please follow these instructions to check on your cybersecurity training status. School of Pharmacy employees can also follow these instructions, but should also look for notifications in their email when it is time to take the training. Preceptors may not receive an email notification.
Also note that until certain issues with getting data out of Workday and into our Intranet apps are fully resolved, the blue notification box on our Intranet apps menu may continue to appear after you take the training. Our recommendation is to check Workday, take the training if available, and make a note to yourself recording when it was done. If the training is not available in Workday, check it monthly for updates.
To access the training, or to verify if it's available for you, please follow these steps.
- Go to https://my.wisc.edu in your browser.  Log in with NetID credentials if asked.
- Look for the "Workday" tile and click it.
- This will open the UW-Madison version of Workday, which is where you will find the campus cybersecurity training materials.
- If your organization also uses Workday for HR management, the tile will not open that version.  Please follow whatever instructions your organization gave you for opening its version of Workday for HR management.  You will not find the UW-Madison campus cybersecurity training in your organization's Workday version.

- If it is time for you to complete your training, you should see instructions for it right away on the Workday landing page.
You can also click here for more information about the new way cybersecurity training is being offered. Of particular interest will be the many FAQs at the bottom of that page.
