OneTrust - Requesting Advanced Access
Follow these steps to request additional access within OneTrust.
All UW-Madison faculty and staff have base access to OneTrust. This access allows all users to participate in risk assessments, submit request forms, and track and mitigate risks on the risk register. Advanced access is available in OneTrust for individuals in specific roles:
- Division Cybersecurity Coordinator - named for the HIPAA Security Coordinators, the "Cybersecurity Coordinator" role is available for staff who are responsible for tracking and mitigating risks at the Division level. These users have access to Dashboards for tracking risks and can view all in-progress and completed Risk Assessments conducted for their Division.
- Cybersecurity Risk Analyst - role assigned to Risk Analysts on the Risk Management and Compliance team.
