OneTrust - Viewing and Using Dashboards

Dashboards offer a customizable overview of your data. You can prioritize aspects of your security program and view selected information about the most relevant data. The level of access configured for dashboards will determine which dashboards are visible to you.

To view and use a dashboard

  1. On the IT Risk Management menu, select Dashboards. The Dashboards screen appears.

  2. Click the link in the Name column for the dashboard you want to view. The Dashboard Details screen appears.

  5. Click a data segment in a widget. The Widget Details screen appears, showing a list of the records included in the selected data segment.

    Note

    You can click available links in the list of records to view additional details for that respective record.
