Student Information System (SIS)
Navigate to Student Records WorkCenter, |Dean/Dept Processing|, Data Center -or- | Reporting Tools | Data Center |Students| to get a quick ‘common negative service indicator’ report. The example below shows a search for undergraduate students in the BA 832 plan (Psychology BA) who have one of the 30 common negative service indicators. The search results display service indicators on the last tab, last column.
Repository of Administrative Dashboards (RADAR)
Find the "Student Service Indicators IDE" report on the Repository of Administrative Dashboards (RADAR).
Among other options, this workbook allows you to search for active students, by term, with a specific service indicator. The example below shows a search for active students in the Fall 2022 term who have the Fee-University Health Services hold. The workbook includes additional instructions for how to download results. You may need to "Request Access" in Access Restrictions column before you're able to run this workbook.
