ECMS - Titan: Process Documents in Workflow

Titan is the Perceptive Content ECMS/Imaging web client. This document details how to use Titan to process documents in workflow.

  1. Log into Titan and choose "Workflow" from the home page.

  2. Choose a workflow queue from the navigation panel on the left-hand side of the page, then click “Search” to view a list of documents in that queue.

  3. Click on a document to open it, or use the search bar to add constraints and find specific documents. The document will display. Use the toolbar at the top to work on the document, including routing, annotating, and creating other tasks. Mouse over a button to view its function. Titan will only show you buttons that you have permission to use.
