DoIT GitLab User Updates 10/16/2020

Currently, there is a subscription warning appearing in GitLab. Please know that DoIT is aware and continuing to collaborate with GitLab regarding licensing, terms and conditions, and next steps. During these negotiations, GitLab has assured DoIT that we will have options for continuing the use of GitLab.
