GitLab will be unavailable on Tuesday, July 21, 10:00-11:59PM while the upgrade from GitLab 18.11 to 19 is performed.
What should users do?

Familiarize yourself with GitLab 19 Key Improvements and Breaking Changes
- Prepare to update any GitLab runners you manage to major version 19. Keeping your runners in the same major version as the GitLab instance avoids potential problems
- Refer to the outage notification for any updates during scheduled maintenance
