Set Up Recruitment Box Folder from Template

Follow these steps to set up your box folder using the recruitment box folder template.
  1. Log in to UW Box
  2. Navigate to your department(s) recruitment box folder 
    1. Select New + > Folder

  1. Add folder name “[JR #] – [TITLE]” and click Create

  1. Within the new folder you created, click New + > Folder and add the following sub-folders:
    1. "Reference Check"
      1. Add a tag (three dots > more actions > add or edit tags): “MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE VERBAL OFFER”

    1. "Candidate Materials"
    2. "Upload interview questions that are used here"
  1. Add Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet to Recruitment Box folder:
    1. Download the template spreadsheet and save to your computer
    2. In Box, Click New + > Upload file from your computer > SMPH Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet – PVL TITLE
  2. Add Bookmarks to Recruitment Box folder:
    1. Click New + > Bookmark
    2. Paste the following links:
      1. Example Interview Questions link – add tag “Use this resource to develop interview questions” - https://kb.wisc.edu/smphhr/112935
      2. Unconscious Assumptions Learning link – add tag “Review before you start the search” - https://kb.wisc.edu/smphhr/116528
      3. Hiring Reason Form link – add tag “Complete this document when you have selected a finalist” - https://hr.wisc.edu/docs/recruitment/hiring-reason-form.docx
      4. Recruitment Workflow link – add tag “Start here!” - https://kb.wisc.edu/smphhr/151283
      5. Link to job posting on UW Job Site link - https://jobs.wisc.edu
