Recruitment Slowdown
Recruitment slowdown starts in April to minimize the number of open jobs prior to Workday transition. If posting a job, think about if the recruitment could be completed with an accepted offer prior to 6/20/2025. If the recruitment cannot be completed with an accepted offer prior to 6/20/2025, we will either need to a) re-post the position in Workday (if no finalist has been identified) or b) screen the current applicant pool in TREMS and once a finalist has been identified enter the hire details into workday after 7/7/2025.
