WiscIT - Publishing a Saved Search
This document explains how to publish a search to other roles.

Log into Ivanti Neurons and select the Search and Dashboard Manager role.

Run the saved search. See WiscIT - Using Saved Searches for more information.

Click Settings for the saved search.

Use the Publish action to drop-down to select which roles are able to access the search.

Use the Default for Roles option to set the search as the default search when a role opens the Object Workspace. Note: Only one search can be the default for a given object and a given role.

Click OK.

Save the search.
