WiscIT - Release Notes - 2015-11-06
On Friday, November 6th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
General Incident Updates
- Updated Network Service Team Names to use the NS abbreviation 
 - Self Service (Help Online), added ability to search for incidents
 - Fixed preferred name validation which was causing issues when creating incidents in the web client
 - Recruitment's at a Glance
 - created ability to copy a recruitment to add finalists as well as restart a failed recruitment
 - updated UDDS field to allow picker selection only (removed ability to type in field)
 - added buttons to the form to launch reports
 - Added Help Desk contract field to Sub-Category field
 
General Problem Updates
- Fixed the problem owner ID which was not setting when an incident was assigned
